1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing services, or participating in any session, workshop, or program offered by Enneagram in Depth (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services Provided

Enneagram in Depth provides Enneagram-based coaching, education, and facilitation services for individuals, couples, leaders/executives, and professional teams. Services may include one-on-one sessions, group sessions, workshops, typing interviews, and related educational materials.

All services are intended for personal and professional development purposes only.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

  • Katie McClain is not acting as a licensed mental health professional, physician, or legal or financial advisor.

  • Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing mental health concerns, trauma, or psychological distress, you agree to seek support from a qualified licensed professional.

4. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and professional well-being.

  • You retain full responsibility for decisions, actions, and results arising from coaching.

  • Coaching outcomes vary and no specific results are guaranteed.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in services unless explicit written consent is provided by a legal guardian and accepted by Enneagram in Depth.

6. Confidentiality

Enneagram in Depth respects client confidentiality and will not disclose personal information shared during sessions, except:

  • As required by law

  • If there is a reasonable belief of imminent harm to yourself or others

  • With your explicit written consent

For team, leadership, or organizational engagements:

  • Confidentiality boundaries will be clarified in advance.

  • Aggregate or non-identifying insights may be shared with sponsoring organizations unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Payment & Fees

  • All fees are due as stated at the time of booking or agreement.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to services unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect services already purchased.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

For workshops or group programs, specific cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated separately.

9. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Coaching sessions, workshops, and digital materials are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

  • Unused sessions may expire if part of a package, as outlined at purchase.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Enneagram in Depth—including worksheets, frameworks, session content, and written or digital resources—are the intellectual property of Enneagram in Depth.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share materials without prior written consent.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or materials for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with site functionality

  • Copy or misuse proprietary content

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Enneagram in Depth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in services.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enneagram in Depth and Katie McClain from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Enneagram in Depth operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
